Margaret (Maggie) Wagner joined the firm in September 2024 and is a valued member of our Business and Estate Planning Division. Prior to joining, Maggie practiced at Cole Acton Harmon Dunn, L.P.A., where she focused in Family Law, Business and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate.
Maggie earned her undergraduate degree in Middle Childhood Education with a minor in English from the University of Dayton before pursuing her law degree at Capital University Law School. During law school, she demonstrated leadership as the President of the Student Bar Association and gained valuable experience as a legal intern in the office of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.
Maggie is committed to delivering exceptional legal representation, ensuring that every agreement she handles is legally sound, clear, and strategically aligned with her clients' goals. She is dedicated to minimizing risk, protecting client interests, and offering compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
Outside of her practice, Maggie is passionate about volunteering with her therapy dog, Justice, whom she trained and registered during law school. Together, they visit nursing homes and hospitals, providing comfort and support to those in need.
