Attorney Megan Clark’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and business matters. As both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Megan brings a unique combination of legal, accounting, and financial expertise to help clients navigate important business, financial and life decisions with confidence.

 

Megan began her career in Big Four public accounting, where she advanced to the role of Manager and advised SEC registrants on technical accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. She later founded an accounting consulting practice, assisting clients with complex financial reporting and audit readiness.

 

While maintaining her accounting consulting practice, Megan attended law school and graduated as the valedictorian of her class. She also earned 12 CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, recognizing the highest grade in individual courses. These achievements reflect her analytical skill, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

 

Megan’s diverse professional background enables her to approach legal matters with financial insight, providing strategic guidance tailored to each client's goals. She has a thoughtful, client-centered approach, and is able to make complex legal matters understandable.

 

Outside of her practice, Megan enjoys spending time on the golf course and has a passion for interior design and remodeling homes. She appreciates the creativity, planning, and attention to detail these pursuits require which are qualities she also brings to her legal practice.
